Born in Maryland, Rooted in Wellness. Our journey began at the braiding chair. As we worked with thousands of crowns across the DMV area, we noticed a recurring challenge: many traditional styles were beautiful, but the products available were often harsh, drying, and disconnected from the needs of natural hair.

Our clients loved their braids, but they needed a way to maintain their scalp health and hair length long after leaving the salon.

That’s when AYEP Natural Hair Restoration and Braiding evolved. We realized that to truly “Elevate Every Crown,” we couldn’t just provide a service; we had to provide a solution. We began formulating our own organically made hair products, blending botanical ingredients with the expertise that only a professional braider possesses.
